PRIMARY

Acquisition of both laguages is presented through a communicational globalized/whole language approach, presenting different types of texts to the children and stimulating their observation skills, their sense of comparison and their logical and critical thinking so that they may transfer what they have discovered through inquiry to their daily life. In the social sciences area, children learn to understand and value the progress of man along historical periods and to appreciate the richness of cultural differences; they also learn about the varied environmental areas within our country and America. Moreover, fostering a clear conscience of environmental care is one of our most important aims.

During the last three years of primary school, through the gradual introduction of science and the social sciences in English students become truly bilingual, another of our main goals.
